BIG Pharmacy Membership is a FREE lifetime membership programme which enables shoppers to earn and redeem points plus enjoy exclusive privileges at BIG Pharmacy outlets and on BIG eStore.
2. How Does BIG Pharmacy Membership Work?
As a BIG Pharmacy Member, you can collect points into your membership account when you spend at any BIG Pharmacy outlet and on BIG eStore. Points can then be used to redeem for instant cashback upon your next purchase.
Simply provide your registered mobile number upon checkout and your eligible points will be automatically credited into your BIG Pharmacy Membership account.
3. How Can I Apply For BIG Pharmacy Membership?
Membership registration is open to individuals who are 18 years old and above by providing your mobile number. Register as a BIG Member by: a. Download BIG Pharmacy Mobile App. Available on Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery. b. Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy outlets and register at the cashier counter. Find your nearest store. c. Register online on BIG eStore via www.bigpharmacy.com.my/registration
4. How Can I Update My Member Profile Details?
You can update your profile details via: a. BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Profile’ > click ‘Edit’ icon on top right b. Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy outlets for assistance. Find your nearest store.
Your mobile number, name, date of birth, email and identification number (NRIC/Passport) can only be updated by BIG personnel at any BIG Pharmacy outlets for security purposes.
5. How Do I Check My Current Points Balance?
You may check your points balance via BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Home’ > ‘My Points’ or enquire at any BIG Pharmacy outlets.
6. How Long Are My Member Points Valid?
Effective from 1 March 2020, points are valid for a 24 months duration basis from the date any such points were credited. For example, points earned on 1 March 2020 are valid until 31 March 2022. However, any and all points credited before 1 March 2020 will automatically expire on 28 February 2021.
7. Can I Share My BIG Pharmacy Account With Others For Member Benefits?
We do not encourage sharing of your Membership Account to prevent cases of misappropriate use.
8. Is it Possible To Merge The Points Accumulated In The Two Different Membership Accounts Owned Separately By Me And My Friends Or Families?
BIG Pharmacy Membership is designated for individual use by the respective Member only. No merging and transferring of points from different Membership Account is allowed.
9. How Do I Earn Points?
For every RM1 nett spent at any BIG Pharmacy outlet or BIG eStore, BIG Members will earn 1 Point. Remember to present your registered mobile number before any purchase to collect your eligible points.
10. What Can I Redeem With The Points Earned?
Points can be redeemed in a minimum block of 800 Points and can be used to offset purchases at any BIG Pharmacy outlet or on BIG eStore with every 800 Points redeemable for RM4.00 off your total bill. Simply provide your registered mobile number upon checkout to redeem your points.
11. What Is My Redemption PIN?
Redemption PIN is the PIN used to redeem your points. By default, your redemption PIN is the last 6 digits of your identification number (NRIC/Passport), if provided, otherwise it would be the last 6 digits of your registered mobile number.
12. What Is My Password?
Password is used to login to your membership account on BIG Pharmacy Mobile App.
13. What Can I Do If I Forgot My Password?
On the login page on BIG Pharmacy Mobile App, click ‘Forgot Password’ and key-in your mobile no. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to you via SMS for verification and you may follow the instructions on the app to reset your Password.
14. How Can I Reset My Password or Redemption PIN?
You can reset your password or redemption PIN via:
a. BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Profile’ > ‘Change Password & Redemption PIN’ b. Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy outlets for assistance. Find your nearest store.

16. Are There Any Privacy Protection Measures For My Submitted Personal Data?
All personal data submitted are kept strictly confidential. Your contact will be used solely by BIG Pharmacy for promotional purposes.
17. How Can I Terminate My BIG Membership Account?
You may drop an email to [email protected] to request for account termination or walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy outlet for assistance. Membership accounts will be terminated within 30 days working days upon receipt of any notice and past purchase history and earned points will be cancelled and deleted.
