Membership T&C
BIG Pharmacy Membership Program is a loyalty program owned and managed by BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. and is applicable to all BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy stores in Malaysia.
By registering for a BIG Membership, you hereby AGREE to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Membership Account
- Registration for BIG Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years old and above with any Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei and China mobile numbers.
- BIG Pharmacy Membership is a free lifetime membership.

BIG Pharmacy Membership is a privilege account and is non-transferable.
- You may apply for a BIG Membership by:
- Downloading the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App - available on Google Play, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery.
- Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store and register at the cashier counter.
- Register online on BIG Official Online Store.
- No annual fee will be charged for the BIG Pharmacy Membership.
- Each member is entitled to ONE membership account. Membership accounts are non-transferable and should not be shared.
- All points and rewards collected are strictly not transferable.
- All rewards including points, vouchers and e-stamps issued to BIG Members are subject to their respective terms, conditions, availability, and validity periods. The terms and conditions of each reward remain effective until stated otherwise.
- BIG Members must present your member QR on the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App or your registered mobile number before any purchase to collect your eligible points and rewards. Memberships presented after the transaction will not be accepted.
- BIG Members may redeem some or all of their points, vouchers, e-stamps, and other rewards, subject to compliance with the applicable redemption requirements and at the discretion of BIG Pharmacy Healthcare.
- BIG Membership is fully digital. Physical membership cards are not issued.
- Members are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their BIG Pharmacy Mobile App login details and their redemption PIN. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use or access to the account.

BIG Members may use the BIG Pharmacy Membership only in participating Merchants’ stores or at such places or on such items as BIG Pharmacy Healthcare may specify from time to time.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Point Rewards
- BIG Members will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at any BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store or on BIG Official Online Store, subject to ongoing promotions and exclusions.
- Points are awarded based on the net total bill amount i.e the final amount paid after any deductions or shipping charges. Points will not be awarded for any cents or rounding adjustments (if any) i.e RM100.99 bill rounded to RM101.00 will be awarded 100 points.
- The member QR on the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App or the registered mobile number must be presented before any purchase to collect eligible points.
- Points accumulation will begin from nil. Points will not be awarded for backdated receipts. Accumulation of past receipts for points collection is not allowed.

BIG Members are advised to keep all receipts for at least 6 months in the event of discrepancies in the accumulated points.

Points will be awarded at the rate agreed by BIG Pharmacy Healthcare when a member purchases goods at BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store or on BIG Official Online Store. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare may alter the method and rate at which points are awarded at its discretion from time to time.
- Effective 1 January 2026, points earned are valid for 12 months from the date of point credit. Points will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any expired points will be automatically forfeited and will not be reinstated.
- No points will be awarded and/or redeemed for bulk purchases, as determined at the sole discretion of BIG Pharmacy Healthcare.
- No points will be awarded for purchase of selected items including but not limited to selected medications, prepaid reloads, mobile reloads and bill payment services at BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store or on BIG Official Online Store. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare may add or remove the points eligibility at its discretion from time to time. Items marked with a ‘#’ hashtag symbol on store receipts indicate that the item is not eligible for points collection.
- No points will be awarded for transactions made via third party online marketplace such as Lazada, Shopee, GrabMart and TikTok Shop.
- No points will be awarded for selected promotional items.
- Points earned can be redeemed for cash savings on your next purchase at any BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store or on BIG Official Online Store at a fixed block of every 800 Points for RM4.00 off your total bill. Points can also be redeemed at a minimum fixed block of 500 Points for RM2.00 off your total bil at BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy stores.
- Points may be redeemed for rewards, vouchers, or discounts as specified by BIG Pharmacy Healthcare. Points cannot be converted to cash but can be redeemed for cash savings on purchases.

Points redemption is subject to the BIG Member complying with the procedures for redemption. Redemption of points will only be processed after membership verification via redemption personal identification number (PIN) or one-time password (OTP) has been received by BIG Pharmacy, Ting Pharmacy or BIG Official Online Store.
- Points cannot be redeemed until they are credited into members’ accounts. Points will be recorded in members’ accounts only after BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store or on BIG Official Online Store has been notified the details of the relevant transaction of which points are issued for.
- Points redemption cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned or refunded.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to reverse or adjust awarded and/or redeemed, whether in full or in part, for returned, refunded or exchanged purchases, unless the exchange is made for products of equivalent value.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to reverse any points awarded and/or redeemed without prior notice if BIG Pharmacy Healthcare determines that the points were earned and/or redeemed in the event of error, misuse, suspected fraud or in violation of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
Member Tiers

BIG Pharmacy Membership 2-tier programme commences from 1st January 2026 with all existing members beginning with a Regular Tier membership.

All members will begin with a Regular Tier membership and it is to the discretion of the member to maintain or tier-up their membership level as they desire.
- Effective 1st January 2026, members will tier up from Regular Tier to VIP Tier the following day when EITHER ONE of these eligibilities are met:
- Make 12 sales transactions in 12 months. No minimum spend required. Limited to 1 transaction per day. Excludes refund and exchange transactions.
- Spend RM2,000.00 in 12 months.
The 12 months period would depend on when you registered as a BIG Member:
- Members who registered 1st January 2026 onwards - 12 months starting from date of registration.

Members who registered before 1st January 2026 - 12 months starting from 1st January 2026 when the tiering system was introduced.

Membership tier up begins the next day after the qualifier is met.

If the qualifying criteria are not met within the 12 months period, members’ tracked purchases will be reset. Upon reset, VIP Tier will be tiered down to Regular Tier.

VIP Tier members can maintain their current tier by re-spending the qualifying amount required for their current tier. Maintain membership tier begins upon the expiry of the initial 12 month validity period. Members’ VIP Tier will automatically be extended for another 12 months upon expiry.

Members may keep extending their VIP Tier by 12 months by spending the same after their current VIP Tier has been extended. Purchases made before the current VIP has been extended will not be qualified.

Membership tiers, their associated benefits, and qualification criteria may be amended at the sole discretion of BIG Pharmacy Healthcare without prior notice.

Membership tier upgrades or downgrades may occur based on spending thresholds, activity levels, or other criteria, as determined at the sole discretion of BIG Pharmacy Healthcare.

Membership tier benefits are non-transferable and subject to availability and specific terms. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to amend membership tier benefits at any time without prior notice.

Membership tier status and benefits are valid for the period determined by BIG Pharmacy Healthcare. Expired benefits or privileges cannot be reinstated.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership tier status in cases of suspected misuse, fraud or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Members found engaging in such activities may have their membership downgraded or terminated.
Birthday Rewards
- Birthday vouchers are exclusively available to BIG Members who have provided a valid date of birth during registration.

Individual birthday vouchers are awarded ONCE per member per calendar year on members’ birthday month. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to determine the issuance date.

Individual birthday vouchers can be redeemed ONCE per member per calendar year on members’ birthday month. Birthday vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Claiming a voucher in the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App does not guarantee any reservation or availability.

Birthday vouchers can be redeemed at any BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy physical stores nationwide only and are not redeemable on BIG Official Online Store.

Birthday vouchers are valid on members’ birthday month only. Expired vouchers will not be reissued or extended.

Birthday vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

Birthday vouchers are subject to product exclusions and/or other restrictions as stated on the respective voucher. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to vary such restrictions without prior notice.

Birthday vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to cancel any voucher suspected of being obtained or used fraudulently, including vouchers shared or transferred in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Termination of Membership
- BIG Members have the option to terminate their membership at any time.
- Termination can be done via:
- BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Account’.
- Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store for assistance.
- Notifying BIG Pharmacy via email to customercare@bigpharmacy.com.my.
- Membership accounts will be terminated within 30 working days upon receipt of any notice.
- Termination of membership accounts are permanent and cannot be undone. All your points, rewards and purchase history will be permanently erased and cannot be reinstated.
- Upon termination, suspension, or closure of a membership account, all awarded points and rewards will be forfeited without compensation.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare may, at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, suspend, or cancel a membership account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misconduct by the BIG Member or any third party.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any membership account suspected of violating these Terms & Conditions.
General Terms
- The Membership remains the property of BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn.Bhd. at all times.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare (including its successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries), all BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store and BIG Official Online Store shall not be liable to you or any third party authorized by or claiming through you for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, actions, suits, claims and demand whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, of loss of business, revenue of profits or of any nature suffered by you or any person for any loss, damage or injury caused or suffered by a person arising from the usage of the BIG Membership.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare shall hold no liability if a Membership application is rejected for any reason whatsoever.
- All Rewards are subject to availability and further subject to all applicable legal rules and the terms and conditions (including priority level, selection criteria and limitations of liability) as imposed by BIG Pharmacy Healthcare from time to time.
- In the event of a failure or breakdown of any equipment or system used in connection with the BIG Pharmacy Membership, BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store or BIG Official Online Store may refuse request awarding and/or redemption of any eligible reward(s) on any transaction. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare and any participating Merchant(s) shall not be responsible or liable in any manner in the event rewards are not awarded or redemption cannot be made or a member is unable to check his/her rewards, due to any failure in the equipment or system used in connection with the Programme.

The use of the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App is at members’ risk. BIG Members are responsible for the security of his/her user mobile application login password and rewards redemption PIN. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare accepts no liability for the disclosure of any user credentials by the Member to a third party, whether intentionally or not.

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right to block a member from accessing his/her account if BIG Pharmacy Healthcare has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraud or misconduct has been committed by the member or a third party.

While BIG Pharmacy Healthcare uses reasonable efforts to include up-to-date information in the mobile application, website and in all its publications, BIG Pharmacy Healthcare makes no warranties or representations as to their accuracy, reliability, completeness or otherwise.
- Notification of any matter in relation to the BIG Pharmacy Membership shall be deemed given to member if it is made via any one of the methods below:
- by posting on the mobile application; website; SMS or mobile push notification; or
- by sending an email to member; or
- by social media postings; or
- by publication in a newspaper; or

sending by ordinary post to the last known address of a member appearing in BIG Pharmacy Healthcare records.

All communications and/or correspondences by BIG Pharmacy Healthcare, is either by way of notification through BIG Pharmacy’s official website and/or the BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store and BIG Official Online Store, advertisements and/or any other media deemed fit. Any such notification shall immediately supersede the previous communication and/or correspondence with regard to the same matter, unless it is expressed and clearly stated otherwise.

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare will only be liable to a member (and not any other third party) who suffers loss in connection with the membership arising from rewards being wrongly deducted or non-credit of rewards entitled by a member and in such a case, BIG Pharmacy Healthcare’s sole liability will be limited to crediting to the relevant member’s account such rewards which have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. BIG Pharmacy Healthcare shall not be responsible where: (i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to such member by BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store and BIG Official Online Store or by any of BIG Pharmacy Healthcare’s employees, staff, authorised personnel or agents; or (ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach at the time BIG Pharmacy Healthcare enters into this agreement with such member; or (iii) any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by such member of the programme.

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare, participating merchants, or other third parties are not responsible or liable to the member for indirect, consequential or economic losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or punitive damages of any kind.

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare may further establish rules, procedures and policies in relation to any matter regarding the programme, all of which shall form part of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions as set out herein shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other documents, statements, rules, procedures, policies or communications, issued by BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store and BIG Official Online Store, including frequently asked question (FAQ), advertisements or promotional materials.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with laws of Malaysia. You hereby expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

If any of the provisions herein contained should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions should not be affected.

BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store and BIG Official Online Store’s promotional materials are the intellectual property of BIG Pharmacy Healthcare, participating merchants, or other third parties. A member has no right to use such intellectual property.
- Any dispute regarding points, rewards or services must be directed to BIG Pharmacy Healthcare and/or customercare@bigpharmacy.com.my within seven (7) days of the said dispute in writing.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare has the final authority as to the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions and as to any other questions or disputes regarding the Membership.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the reward structures of the BIG Pharmacy Membership Program at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive, amend, or supplement these Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) at any time without prior notice. Such amendments shall take precedence over any prior Terms and Conditions. Your continued usage of the Membership after any amendment(s) to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance to the such amendment(s).
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience faced by you as a result of the amendment(s) of these Terms and Conditions.

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare’s decisions relating to the loyalty program are final and binding.
Data Protection and Privacy Policy
- When applying for BIG Membership, members are required to provide certain personal information, including full name as per MyKad or any other personal identification, address and contact details. This information will be held strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare is committed to maintaining the security of members’ personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will take all necessary reasonable steps to ensure that members’ personal data are secured against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
- The Data Protection and Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide BIG Pharmacy Healthcare with your personal information unless it is required by law or any regulatory authority to disclose or to share your personal information.
- BIG Pharmacy Healthcare and other affiliates under the strategic alliances reserves the right to use the database information for cross selling, marketing and promotions activities. Rest assured that BIG Pharmacy Healthcare will take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy and confidentiality is protected.
