•    This campaign is valid from 6 August to 6 September 2026. Applicable to all BIG Pharmacy Stores.  

•    Participants MUST BE BIG Pharmacy member to be eligible for this campaign. 

•    It shall be the participants responsibility to ensure that their registered mobile no. are current and updated with our BIG Pharmacy Membership. 

•    Each participant is allowed multiple entries on different purchase minimum spend of RM100 per single receipt during the campaign period.

•    Customers must complete and submit the official participation form within the campaign period, submission shall end on 6 September, 11.59pm.

•    Only entries submitted during the campaign period will be considered valid.

•    Prizes are not transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.

•    BIG Pharmacy reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.

•    Winners will be notified via phone, email or social media within 30 days after each draw.

•    Winners must respond and claim their prize within 30 days from date of announcement, failing which the prize may be forfeited.

•    Proof of identity and original receipt of purchase are required upon prize collection.

•    Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

•    BIG Pharmacy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these  terms.

•    By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

•    BIG Pharmacy reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

•    Participants consent to the use of their personal information for campaign administration, marketing, and publicity purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

•   Winners may collect their prizes at the BIG Pharmacy Headquarters in Bukit Raja, Klang, or at selected designated stores in their respective states, where applicable.
