Membership Account

 

1)    What do I get for becoming a BIG Pharmacy member?


BIG Members enjoy a lifetime free membership which unlocks access to earn and redeem points for cash savings and indulge in member exclusive vouchers, gifts and health services at BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy stores nationwide and on BIG Official Online Store.



2)    How does the BIG Pharmacy membership work?


As a BIG Member, you can collect points, vouchers and e-stamps into your membership account with your purchases at any BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy store nationwide and on BIG Official Online Store. Collect rewards and redeemed for cash savings on your next purchase.

 

Simply flash your member QR on the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App or provide your registered mobile number upon checkout and your eligible rewards will be automatically credited into your membership account.

 

3)    How can I apply for a BIG Pharmacy membership?


Membership registration is open to individuals who are 18 years old and above by providing your mobile number. Register as a BIG Member by:

 

a)    Downloading the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App - available on Google Play, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery.

b)    Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store and register at the cashier counter.

c)    Register online on BIG Official Online Store.

 

4)    Who is eligible to join as a BIG Member?


The membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age and above. Residents and non-residents of Malaysia (who must carry a mobile telephone number from Malaysia +60, Singapore +65, Indonesia +62, Brunei +673, China +86 and Thailand +66 without failure to receive and access eligible rewards and communications) may apply for a membership.


5)    How can I update my member profile details?


You can update your member profile details via:

a)    BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Account’.

b)    Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store for assistance.

Kindly note your mobile number can only be updated by BIG personnel at any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store to safeguard your account’s security.

 

6)    Can I share my BIG Pharmacy membership with friends and family?


To keep your account secure and prevent misuse, we recommend that membership accounts are not shared. Don’t worry - membership registration is completely free and only needs an active mobile number!

 

7)    Is it possible to merge the points and rewards earned from different accounts into one account?


BIG Pharmacy membership is designated for individual use by the respective member only. No merging and transferring of points or rewards from different membership accounts are allowed.

 

8)    What is my redemption PIN?


Redemption PIN is the PIN used to redeem your points and rewards. By default, your redemption PIN is the last 6 digits of your registered identification number (NRIC/Passport), if provided. If you did not provide an identification number upon registration, your redemption PIN would be the last 6 digits of your registered mobile number.

 

9)    What can I do if I forgot my redemption PIN?

You may reset your redemption PIN via the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App.

10) What is my login password?

Password is used to login to your membership account on BIG Pharmacy Mobile App. This was set by you when you first registered as a member or logged in for the first time on the mobile app.

 

 

11) What can I do if I forgot my login password?


Key in your mobile number on the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App and click ‘Forgot Password’. Follow the instructions shown on the mobile app to receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS to reset your password.

 

 

12) How can I reset my password or redemption PIN?


You can reset your password or redemption PIN via the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Account’.

 

13) Are there any privacy protection measures for my submitted personal data?


All personal data submitted are kept strictly confidential. Your contact will be used solely by BIG Pharmacy for promotional purposes.

 

 

14) How can I terminate my BIG Pharmacy membership account?


Termination of membership accounts are permanent and cannot be undone. All your points, rewards and purchase history will be permanently erased and cannot be reinstated.

 

You may terminate your account via:

a)    BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Account’.

b)    Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store for assistance. Membership accounts will be terminated within 30 working days upon receipt of any notice.


New Member Rewards

 

1)    Are there any rewards for newly registered members on BIG Pharmacy Mobile App?


Yes, newly registered members will enjoy:

a)    600 Welcome Points

Redeemable at any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store nationwide or on BIG Official Online Store. Points are valid for 12 months from the date of point credit. Points will expire at the end of the calendar month.

b)    RM5 E-Store Voucher

Redeemable with a minimum spend of RM30 in a single receipt on BIG Official Online Store. The voucher is valid for 12 months from registration date.

 

Member Points

 

1)    How do I earn points?


For every RM1 spent at any BIG Pharmacy, Ting Pharmacy or BIG Official Online Store, BIG Members will earn 1 point.

 

Points are awarded based on the net total bill amount i.e the final amount paid after any deductions or shipping charges. Points will not be awarded for any cents or rounding adjustments (if any) i.e RM100.99 bill rounded to RM101.00 will be awarded 100 points.

 

Do remember to present your member QR on the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App or your registered mobile number before any purchase to collect your eligible points. Points will NOT be awarded for backdated receipts.

 

 

2)    How do I check my current points balance?


You may check your points balance via the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App or enquire at any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store.

 

3)    How long are my points valid for?


Effective 1 January 2026, points earned are valid for 12 months from the date of point credit. Points will expire at the end of the calendar month.

 

For example, points earned on 15 January 2026 will expire on 31 January 2027. This change applies to all purchases and points awarded from 1 January 2026 onwards.

 

For any active points balance earned before 1 January 2026:

a)    If your points are set to expire before 1 January 2026, there is no change - they will expire as scheduled.

b)    If your points are set to expire between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026, there is no change - they will expire as scheduled.

c)    If your points are set to expire after 31 December 2026, they will now be adjusted to expire on 31 December 2026.

You can check your current points balance and points expiry via the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App and at any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store. Remember to track your points and redeem them before they expire!

 

4)    What can I redeem with my points earned?


Points earned can be redeemed for cash savings on your next purchase at any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store or BIG Official Online Store.

 

You can redeem at a fixed block of every 800 Points for RM4.00 off your total bill. If you have insufficient points, you may also redeem at a lower block of 500 Points for RM2.00 off your total bill at BIG Pharmacy and Ting Pharmacy stores.

 

To redeem your points at any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store, simply present your member QR on the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App or your registered mobile number upon checkout. To redeem points on the BIG Official Online Store, simply register and link your membership account.

 

5)    Are points redeemed returnable or refundable?


No, all points redemptions cannot be returned or refunded.



Member Tiers

 

1)    What are the membership tiers?


Effective 1st January 2026, a ‘Regular Tier’ and ‘VIP Tier’ member tiering system is introduced for a better membership experience. You can now tier up to VIP Tier for added perks and privileges.

 

2)    How do I tier up to VIP Tier?


Effective 1st January 2026, members will tier up from Regular Tier to VIP Tier the following day when EITHER ONE of these eligibilities are met:

a)    Make 12 sales transactions in 12 months. No minimum spend required. Limited to 1 transaction per day.

b)    Spend RM2,000.00 in 12 months.


The 12 months period would depend on when you registered as a BIG Member:

a)    Members who registered 1st January 2026 onwards - 12 months starting from date of registration.

b)    Members who registered before 1st January 2026 - 12 months starting  from 1st January 2026 when the tiering system was introduced.

3)    How long is my tier valid for?


Regular Tiers do not expire. You will remain as Regular Tier unless you meet the eligibility criteria to tier up to VIP tier. If you do not hit the eligibility within the 12 months period, your tracked purchases will reset every 12 months.

VIP Tiers are valid for 12 months from date of tier up. You may extend your validity for another 12 months by making another 12 transactions or spending RM2,000.00 within your 12 months validity. Then, your VIP Tier will automatically be extended for another 12 months upon expiry. You may continue extending your VIP tier by 12 months by spending the same after your current VIP Tier has been extended.

4)    What are the added perks for a VIP Member?


VIP Members enjoy these additional perks:

a)    2X Points Days

Extra points on selected days across the year.

b)    2X Complimentary In-Store Health Check Yearly

Two free blood glucose tests and two free cholesterol tests at any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store nationwide. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of tier up. Upon extension of VIP Tier for another 12 months when eligibility is met, the vouchers will be re-awarded.

c)    2X Complimentary In-Store Health Check Yearly

Two free e-consultation by certified doctors on BIG Pharmacy Mobile App. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of tier up. Upon extension of VIP Tier for another 12 months when eligibility is met, the vouchers will be re-awarded.

5)    How do I track my membership tier progress?


You can track your membership tier progress easily via:

a)    BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Account’.

b)    Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store for assistance.


Birthday Rewards

 

1)    Are there any birthday rewards as a BIG Member?


Effective 1st January 2026, members will be awarded RM200+ worth of birthday vouchers on the 1st day of their birthday month. Members may redeem their birthday vouchers for cash savings on selected items at no minimum spend.

Do remember to register the correct birthday date in your account to enjoy these vouchers on your actual birthday month. You may check or edit your registered birthday date on the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App or walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store for assistance.

 

2)    How can I check my birthday vouchers?


You can check the available birthday vouchers via:

a)    BIG Pharmacy Mobile App under ‘Vouchers’.

b)    BIG Pharmacy Website under ‘Member Benefits’.

c)    Walk-in to any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy store for assistance.

3)    How long are my birthday vouchers valid for?


Birthday vouchers are awarded into your member account on the 1st day of your birthday month and are valid for your entire birthday month.

Do note that the vouchers are first come, first served and while stocks last. Claiming a voucher in the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App does not guarantee any reservation or availability. So make sure to redeem them quickly before they’re gone!

4)    How do I redeem my birthday vouchers?


You may redeem your birthday vouchers simply by flashing the birthday voucher code from the BIG Pharmacy Mobile app upon checkout or inform the cashier on your desired vouchers so they may assist to redeem them for you.


5)    Can I redeem the birthday vouchers on BIG Official Online Store?


The birthday vouchers can be redeemed at any BIG Pharmacy or Ting Pharmacy physical stores nationwide only.


6)    Is there a limit on how many birthday vouchers I can redeem?


Members can only redeem each birthday voucher awarded ONCE. Multiple birthday vouchers are awarded per member but there is no limit on the total number of vouchers that can be redeemed as long as the vouchers are still in stock. You may redeem multiple vouchers in a single receipt.


7)    Can the birthday vouchers be redeemed on top of ongoing promotions?


Yes, the birthday vouchers can be combined with ongoing promotions.


Voucher Rewards

 

1)    What vouchers do I enjoy as a BIG Member?


Member-only vouchers are awarded throughout the year, giving you extra savings and more value on your purchases.

2)    How can I check my available vouchers?


You can view the full details of your vouchers on the BIG Pharmacy Mobile App.

 

 

E-Stamp Rewards

1)    What are e-stamps?


E-stamps are digital stamps you will earn with purchase of selected items. Collect the required number of e-stamps to redeem free gifts.



2)    How can I check the e-stamps available for collection?


You can explore the e-stamp promotions available on BIG Pharmacy Mobile App. You can also track your e-stamp collection and the redeemable gifts on the mobile app.

1)    What additional health support do BIG Members get?


BIG Members gain access to our MyHealthAdvisor service, which is a digital health service exclusive on BIG Pharmacy Mobile App where you can:

a)    Consult certified doctors online anytime, anywhere and get professional health advice without leaving your home.

b)    Skip the queue with digital prescriptions and have your medications ready for pick-up or delivered straight to your doorstep.

c)    Keep track of your health with just a few clicks with our digital health record of your blood pressure to cholesterol and more.
