Terms and conditions:

  1. The offer is valid from 15 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 or once the capping of 1,000 redemptions has been reached, whichever comes first.
  2. Payment must be made with a valid Malaysia-issued UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt.
  3. Offer is valid for online purchases made through the Big Pharmacy website(https://www.bigpharmacy.com.my), mobile site, and Big Pharmacy App only using the respective promo code. Offer is not valid for walk-in purchases.
  4. Limited to one (1) offer per card throughout the entire offer period. 
  5. Offer is not applicable for delivery fees/charges.
  6. The minimum spend amount quoted excludes service charge and/or prevailing government taxes. 
  7. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to this promotion, BIG Pharmacy’s terms and conditions shall prevail.
  8. For online purchases, store account creation or login is required to redeem the promo code. The promo code must be entered and redeemed at the time of purchase and will not be accepted after the purchase is completed. 
  9. The promo code must be applied during checkout and cannot be redeemed after an order has been placed.
  10. The promo code is valid until 31 October 2026 and cannot be extended after the expiry date. 
  11. All prices may be subject to service charge, delivery charges and prevailing government taxes.
  12. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and redemptions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
  13. Debit card that is linked to Islamic current/savings account shall be subject to its terms and conditions for the purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services only. 
  14. UOB Malaysia is not an agent of merchant, its subsidiary or affiliates and makes no representation/warranties/endorsement as to the quality/merchantability/fitness of the goods and services provided ("Product") and shall not be liable for any injury/loss/damages suffered from the use of Product.
